1. Enrollment and approval

Affiliate access is not automatic. Every profile may be reviewed before approval and can remain pending while the team checks quality, compliance, or risk signals.

  • Inademy may request clarification about your audience, channels, or promotional approach before activation.
  • Approval may be delayed when profile information is incomplete, inconsistent, or difficult to verify.
  • The latest version of these terms must be accepted before approval or before any payout can move forward.

Commissions only apply when a valid referral is captured by the platform and the order remains eligible under the current attribution model and cookie window.

  • Referral links, QR codes, and campaign links may be issued per affiliate.
  • Attribution follows the active platform rule displayed in the affiliate dashboard.
  • Expired, missing, overwritten, or invalid referrals may result in no commission being created.

3. Approved traffic and conduct

Affiliates must promote Inademy honestly. Traffic generation and promotion must stay compatible with the platform, the brand, and the underlying payment and fraud controls.

  • No self-referrals, fake purchases, or recycled identities.
  • No misleading pricing, false guarantees, or impersonation of Inademy.
  • No spam, forced redirects, or automated click generation.

4. Commissions

Commissions arise from eligible paid or verified orders and may be reversed when the underlying payment fails, is rejected, is refunded, or later becomes invalid after review.

  • Commission rates may follow the platform default or a custom rate assigned by admin.
  • Rejected, failed, or refunded payments do not remain commissionable.
  • Inademy may reject commissions tied to abuse, manipulation, or invalid referral behavior.

5. Payouts

Payout requests depend on an active affiliate profile, an eligible available balance, a configured payout method, and acceptance of the latest program terms.

  • PayPal payouts may be submitted automatically when available.
  • eMola and M-Pesa payouts are settled manually after internal review.
  • Minimum payout thresholds and supported methods are shown in the affiliate dashboard and may be updated operationally.

6. Risk controls and suspension

Inademy may flag, hold, or suspend an affiliate profile when automated or manual review detects meaningful risk signals affecting trust, attribution quality, payout integrity, or platform safety.

  • Repeated IP patterns, high refund pressure, or payout sync issues may trigger review.
  • High-risk profiles may be suspended automatically while the team investigates.
  • Suspension may block new payouts and new promotional activity until review is completed.

7. Updates, support, and contact

Inademy may update these terms to reflect product, legal, or operational changes. Continued program usage may require accepting the latest version before new actions are allowed.
