1. How these terms work

By creating an account, browsing the platform, or using any Inademy service, you accept these terms and agree to follow the rules that apply to each feature.

If you do not agree with this framework, you should not use the platform. Some services may also display additional rules at checkout, on feature-specific pages, or in operational notices.

2. Account, access, and security

Some features require an active account. You must provide accurate, current information and keep your account secure.

  • Credentials are personal and should not be shared with third parties.
  • You are responsible for protecting passwords, codes, and devices used to access your account.
  • Inademy may request additional verification when there are risk signals, unusual activity, or attempted unauthorized access.

3. Responsible use

Inademy is designed for learning, assessment, and employability. Use of the platform must be lawful, responsible, and consistent with that purpose.

  • You may not publish illegal, offensive, misleading, or harmful content.
  • You may not interfere with the platform, exploit vulnerabilities, bypass technical limits, or seek unauthorized access.
  • You may not use Inademy for fraud, spam, identity misrepresentation, result manipulation, or improper data harvesting.

Where there are credible signs of abuse, access may be limited while the team reviews the situation.

4. Content, brand, and intellectual property

Inademy courses, exams, text, images, video, visual identity, product flows, and related materials are protected by applicable intellectual property rights.

Unless we expressly say otherwise, you may not copy, resell, redistribute, publish, or reuse platform content outside the permitted uses of the service.

You keep rights over content you submit, but you confirm that you are allowed to submit it and grant Inademy the technical permissions needed to display, process, and store it within the service.

5. Courses, exams, and jobs

The platform connects learning, assessment, and professional opportunities. We work to keep information useful, clear, and current, but some content may evolve over time.

  • Courses and exams may be updated to improve quality, clarity, technical accuracy, or market relevance.
  • Job posts and opportunities may be changed, paused, or removed by the responsible organization.
  • Participation in courses, exams, or applications does not guarantee certification, hiring, approval, or any specific outcome.

6. Pricing, payments, and billing

Some Inademy services are paid. The applicable price, available payment method, and relevant purchase details are shown before you confirm payment.

  • You should review the purchase summary carefully before completing payment.
  • Payments depend on availability of the selected method and normal security and processing checks.
  • Where there is a billing issue, failed processing, duplicate attempt, or similar anomaly, the team may review the order to correct its status.

7. Refunds and eligible situations

General refund rules, eligibility criteria, and support channels are described in more detail in the Privacy Policy, in the refunds and customer support section.

Before buying, we recommend reading that section so you understand the timeline, exclusions, and the process for opening a request.

8. Suspension, limitation, and termination

Inademy may limit, suspend, or terminate accounts and access where these terms are violated, there is a material platform risk, a legal requirement applies, or operational protection is necessary.

When possible and appropriate, we will try to clarify the issue before a final action. In some cases, however, restrictions may be immediate to protect users, payments, content, or infrastructure.

9. Limitation of liability, updates, and contact

To the extent permitted by law, Inademy is not responsible for indirect damages, lost opportunities, outages caused by third parties, network failures, events outside our reasonable control, or decisions taken by employers, partners, or external providers.

We may update these terms to reflect legal, operational, or product changes. When that happens, the latest version will be published on this page.
