2026 Internship Program – Bank of Mozambique (BM)

The Bank of Mozambique is accepting applications for its 2026 Internship Program under Public Competition No. 01/2026, for placements at the institution’s headquarters. This opportunity is aimed at 20 finalist students in eligible undergraduate degree programs listed on the Internship Portal, with placements across 10 organizational units. How to apply

• Curriculum vitae, using the template provided by the Bank on the Internship Portal;

• Internship application letter addressed to the Bank, also using the template available on the portal;

• Proof of current university enrollment;

• Copy of your national ID card or another official photo identification document.

How the selection process works

The selection process takes place in two separate elimination stages:

• document screening;

• selection interview, scored on a scale from 1 to 4 points.

For the interview stage, the top 5 highest-ranked candidates in the document screening will be invited for each position. That makes a well-prepared, complete application that matches the requested profile especially important.

Important information for applicants

The results of this competition remain valid for a maximum period of 6 months from the date of publication. Candidates shortlisted for interview will be informed in due course of the date, time, and location.

The Bank also states that the process is conducted under transparency standards and publicized on the official portal www.bancomoc.mz, on social media, and through other communication channels. No fees are charged to participate. Submitting false statements will result in automatic disqualification from the competition.
