Three openings are now available for Monitoring and Evaluation (M&E) Assistants, based in Quissanga, Erati, and Ancuabe. This is an opportunity for professionals with relevant academic training and field experience who can support rigorous data collection, analysis, and management, contributing to information quality as well as reporting and evaluation processes.
Role overview
The Monitoring and Evaluation Assistant will play an important role in tracking activities, organizing data, and supporting reporting processes. The position requires strong attention to data quality, the ability to work closely with the M&E team, and proficiency in data collection and analysis tools commonly used in project and programme settings.
Key responsibilities
Implement Monitoring and Evaluation plans in coordination with the M&E Officer.
Collect, organize, and share data in a timely manner.
Ensure the quality, consistency, and integrity of collected information.
Support impact evaluation processes and report preparation.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Management, Social Sciences, or a related field.
Previous experience in Monitoring and Evaluation.
Knowledge of Results-Based Management (RBM).
Proficiency in data collection and analysis tools such as Excel and Kobo.
Knowledge of Power BI will be considered an advantage.
