The position will be based in the city of Beira and will be centrally responsible for ensuring the efficient and daily functioning of the Human Resources office, providing operational HR support to the company's entire national program. The role's focus is on the management of Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS), payroll administration and corporate data integrity.

Main Responsibilities and Duties
The selected professional will have a comprehensive and multifunctional role divided into the following strategic areas:
A. HR Operations and Administration
Act as the primary point of contact for clarifying HR operational queries in the Beira office.
Keep employee files (physical and electronic) rigorously organized and updated, in accordance with internal policies and legal requirements.
Prepare employment contracts, addenda, transfer letters, contractual amendments and documents of termination.
Support local recruitment processes (posting vacancies, scheduling interviews, compiling assessment guides and checking references).
Coordinate staff integration (onboarding) and dismissal (offboarding) flows.
B. Data Management and HR Systems (HRIS)
Administer and maintain the HRIS system updated, ensuring the accuracy, completeness and regular insertion of data on new employees, benefits, licenses and contract terminations.
Extract and generate periodic HR reports (headcount indicators, staff rotation/turnover, vacation control and demographic data) to support the strategic planning.
Audit systems to identify and correct data inconsistencies, proposing continuous improvements in information flows.
C. Payroll Administration (Salary Processing)
Prepare, validate and consolidate monthly payroll entries (new hires, salary changes, allowances, overtime, deductions, unexcused absences and terminations).
Licate directly with the Finance department to ensure timely and accurate processing of salaries.
Reconcile payroll reports payroll, rectify discrepancies and organize supporting documentation for tax compliance (taxes, social security and other mandatory statutory deductions).
D. Compliance, Audit and Employee Support
Ensure alignment of all administrative processes with current labor legislation and audit requirements.
Support internal and external audits through the agile provision of reports and documentary evidence.
Provide agile, solution-oriented service to employees and line managers on matters of salary, vacation and benefits.
Act as a "super-user" (super-user) of HR platforms, providing support and internal training to other users.
Candidate Profile and Requirements
Technical Qualifications: Proven technical training or professional qualification in the area of Human Resources (HR technical diploma, professional certificate or equivalent).
Proven Experience: Minimum history of 3 (three) years of practical experience in Human Resources administration, with strong exposure to payroll and processing routines.
Systems Mastery: Previous consolidated work experience with at least one large-scale HRIS and payroll system (e.g. SAP, Oracle, Sage or similar platforms). Experience in supporting multinational or multi-site structures (multi-site) will be a clear advantage.
IT Skills: Advanced command of Microsoft Excel (fluid use of spreadsheets, search/lookups functions, mathematical formulas, data validation and pivot tables).
Language Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, accompanied by a good command of the English language.
Professional Attributes: Absolute rigor and attention to detail when dealing with numbers and statistical data; high sense of ethics and discretion in handling confidential information; strong organizational skills, simultaneous deadline management and an attitude focused on internal customer service.
