What you will do on a daily basis

The Administrative Assistant will be the operational arm of the team, ensuring that bureaucratic processes and documents run smoothly. Among the main responsibilities are:

  • Carry out payments and due diligence in banks, finance and other public and private institutions.

  • Follow up licensing, incorporation and change processes of companies with competent entities.

  • Submit requests and collect documents such as certificates, licenses and permits.

  • Organize and manage customers' physical and digital documentation, maintaining updated files.

  • Monitor deadlines and the status of each process, reporting to management.

  • Communicate with clients to provide clarifications on processes and request necessary documents.

  • Support the administrative team in routine tasks and special projects.

  • Prepare simple process monitoring reports.

  • Perform other tasks related to the function, as needed.

The profile we are looking for

We are looking for a professional with proven experience in administrative functions, who combines autonomy with the ability to work in a team. It is essential to have a valid driving license for motorbikes and vehicles, with experience behind the wheel, as the role requires frequent travel. Additionally, we value:

  • Education: Technical secondary level in Accounting, Management or similar area.

  • Experience: Minimum of 1 year in similar functions.

  • Specific knowledge: Familiarity with processes in Finance, banks and registry offices (considered a plus).

  • Languages: Good command of oral and written Portuguese.

  • Tools: Knowledge of Word and Excel for preparing documents and reports.

  • Behavioral skills: Good communication, customer service skills, organization, responsibility, confidentiality and ability to work under pressure.
