What you will do

Your role will be the central support for the entire operation. You will handle the day-to-day administrative management, from organizing documents, files and processes to directly supporting the Human Resources, Finance and Operationsteams. You will be the person who keeps everything aligned, anticipates needs and solves issues before they arise. Every task, no matter how small, contributes to the machine running with excellence.

We need someone with attention to detail, who leaves no loose ends and has responsibility and autonomy to manage their own work. Clear communication is essential, both when dealing with colleagues and with suppliers or partners.
