APIEX, IP opens Vacancies for the 61st Edition of FACIM 2026 – Ricatla, Marracuene

The Agency for the Promotion of Investment and Exports, IP (APIEX, IP), through its Human Resources Department, officially announced the opening of a public competition for the hiring of seasonal workers. The objective is to reinforce the technical and operational support teams for the 61st Edition of the Maputo International Fair (FACIM 2026), the largest exhibition and commercial event in Mozambique. The fair will take place between 31 August and 6 September 2026, at the Ricatla Exhibition Center, located in the Marracuene District.

Working in the FACIM organization requires dynamism, punctuality and excellent audience management and customer service skills. As this is a public competition with strict formal requirements (including authentication of documents and writing of requests to the State), the correct organization of your dossier is the first step towards success. Mandatory Requirements for Registration

Interested candidates must fully meet the following eligible criteria:

1. Literary Qualifications: Minimum 10th grade education and maximum 12th grade education.

2. Age Range: Age between 18 and 60 years old.

3. Experience: Present duly proven professional experience in the area or in similar functions.

4. Tax Regularization: Have a regularized Tax Identification Number (NUIT).

Instructions and Documentation Required for Application

As it is a public institution (IP), the submission follows the State's formal contracting protocol. The following documents must be gathered:

• Addressed Application: Application with duly authenticated signature, addressed to theExmo. Mr. General Director of APIEX, IP.

• Identification and Qualifications: authenticated copies of the Identity Card (BI) and the Certificate of Literary Qualifications.

• Supporting Documents: Copy of the NUIT document, Curriculum Vitae (CV) updated and proof of previous experience (work certificates or letters of recommendation).

• Delivery Location (In-person): The complete application dossier must be physically submitted at the APIEX, IP Headquarters, located at Avenida Ahmed Sekou Touré, no. 2539, City of Maputo.

• Deadline Essential: Applications must be submitted within 15 days from the date of publication, with the expiry date being June 17, 2026.
