Objective and Purpose of the Position
The selected professional's main mission will be to provide direct operational support to the Internal Audit function. You will play a crucial role in performing field audits, thoroughly reviewing regulatory and corporate compliance, and strengthening internal controls, actively contributing to the continuous improvement of processes throughout the organization.
Main Responsibilities and Functions
Audit Execution: Support the performance of scheduled internal audits in different stores, branches and departments within the company. company.
Inventory Control: Actively participate in physical stock counts and routine or extraordinary operational checks.
Compliance Assurance: Ensure that daily operations strictly comply with internal policies, standard operating procedures and established controls.
Document Analysis: Collect, organize systematically and analyze evidence and documentation supporting the audit.
Report Preparation: Assist in writing and preparing preliminary and final audit reports.
Risk Mapping: Identify financial or operational discrepancies, latent risks and inefficiencies in current processes.
Action Plan: Monitor the implementation of audit recommendations and monitor the effectiveness of corrective actions adopted.
Continuous Improvement: Contribute with technical analyzes for the development, review and improvement of the organization's internal procedures.
Profile, Qualifications and Required Requirements
We are looking for young professionals or technicians focused on processes, with a high level of integrity and the ability to work under pressure:
Academic Training: Completed degree or Technical Diploma in the areas of:
Accounting
Audit
Finance
Business Administration
Management or areas strictly related.
Professional Experience: Having prior experience in auditing, stock control, management of internal controls or in administrative functions will be considered a relevant competitive advantage.
Technical Skills:
Basic knowledge of audit concepts and internal control frameworks.
Proficiency in using Microsoft Office tools, with intermediate to advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data analysis.
Proven ability to prepare clear, precise and objective written reports.
Behavioral Skills: High professional ethics and unquestionable integrity, extreme attention to detail, analytical thinking, excellent time management and ease of communication in team.
Additional Requirements and Logistics:
Total availability for frequent travelbetween different locations and provinces in the country.
Flexibility to work extended or irregular hours whenever audit operational needs require it.
Have a valid driving license (factor preferred).
