Although functions vary according to the seniority of the position, BDQ Holdings values candidates with the following technical and behavioral profile:
Academic Qualifications: Higher Education (Degree or Bachelor's Degree) in Accounting, Finance, Business Management, Economics, Logistics Management or related areas (Technical High School applicable to Junior/Technical positions).
Technical Skills: Solid computer knowledge from the user's perspective, with mandatory mastery of Microsoft Office tools (especially Excel). Experience in using integrated management software (ERP such as SAP, Primavera, PHC or similar) will be considered a strong asset.
Behavioral Skills: High sense of responsibility, professional ethics and confidentiality when handling financial data. Meticulous organization, attention to detail, ability to work under pressure and strong orientation towards meeting regulatory deadlines.
