Brand Representative Job in Montepuez

Contact is seeking to recruit for its client, a prestigious company operating in the consumer goods sector, a Brand Representative (m/f) in Montepuez, Cabo Delgado.

Roles and Responsibilities

Will be responsible for making daily visits to clients on the defined route, capturing orders and suggesting the product mix suitable to the client's needs, implementing merchandising materials at the point of sale, ensuring correct exposure, visibility, price, and availability of products, executing FIFO/FEFO and controlling stock ruptures, supporting the organization and counting of stock, ensuring the update of records, identifying and prospecting new clients to expand the commercial base, ensuring the fulfillment of daily sales and execution targets, and ensuring the excellence of commercial execution in the market, as well as complying with Quality, Environment, and Occupational Safety standards in force.

Requirements

• 12th Grade or equivalent;

• Minimum 1-2 years of experience in sales, customer service, or similar functions;

• Basic knowledge of computer applications and ability to use digital applications;

• Knowledge of the local route and region of operation will be an advantage;

• No experience of organizing and exposing products at the point of sale;

• Strong execution, discipline, and focus on results;

• Proactivity, dynamism, and resilience for field work;

• Good communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills;

• Ability to organize and meet daily targets;

• Availability for travel within the assigned route in the job location;

• Candidates from the job location are highly valued;

• Availability for a fixed-term employment contract;
