Main Job Responsibilities

Although the simplified advertisement focuses on the process of receiving applications, the selected Baker is expected to undertake the following duties in daily operations:

• Bread Production:Prepare, knead, shape and bake different types of bread and related products, ensuring standards of quality and flavor of the supermarket.

• Raw Materials Control: Monitor the stock of ingredients (flour, yeast, improvers) and collaborate in waste management.

• Hygiene and Safety: Keep the bakery area, utensils and equipment strictly clean and organized, complying with current health standards.

• Compliance Deadlines: Ensure that batches are ready at times of greatest customer flow, ensuring products are always fresh on the shelves.

Candidate Profile and Recommended Requirements

• Experience: Proven practical experience in the role of Baker, preferably in industrial bakeries, pastry shops or bakery sections of supermarkets.
