GMT Program Development and Rotation Pillars

During the 10 months of corporate immersion, the selected Trainees will undergo a systematic multifunctional rotation, experiencing practical reality and decision-making at the front lines of the business:

  • Operations and Production Management (Supply): Experience industrial engineering, quality control, automation of manufacturing processes and the rigorous standards of organic beer manufacturing in CDM factories.

  • Commercial, Distribution and Sales (Trade Marketing): Understand the dynamics of market, customer portfolio management, pricing strategies, positioning of leading brands and execution of retail and wholesale sales.

  • Logistics and Supply Chain (Supply Chain): Work in fleet planning, large-scale storage, optimization of distribution routes and inventory flows of raw materials and finished products.

  • Strategic Functions and Projects Real: Lead challenging projects with a direct impact on the company's financial and operational results, collaborating with multidisciplinary teams and receiving direct exposure to directors and top business leaders.

Candidate Profile and Eligibility Requirements

Academic and Professional Qualifications:

  • Training: Training Completed higher education (Bachelor's or Master's degree). Being a comprehensive program, profiles from the areas of Engineering (Mechanical, Chemical, Industrial, Electrotechnical), Management, Economics, Accounting, Logistics, Marketing, Law or related Social and Exact Sciences courses are eligible.

Personal Skills and Attributes:

  • Strong spirit of initiative, proactivity and a high sense of individual and collective responsibility.

  • Proven ability to work in multicultural teams and solve complex operational problems in an analytical way.

  • Professional ambition, intellectual curiosity and genuine desire to grow and generate long-term impact.

  • Mobility: Total availability for geographic mobility (movements or relocations between different CDM operations and factories in Mozambique).
