Bureau Veritas intends to recruit one (1) Certification Planner.
Role Statement
Responsible for strategic planning, coordination and scheduling of audits throughout the entire certification cycle for various entities. This role is critical to ensuring timely, compliant and efficient delivery of certification audit programs across our portfolio and ensuring compliance with all applied requirements.
Accountability
Reports to the Certification Manager
Audit Cycle Planning: Develop and maintain detailed audit schedules for the entire certification cycle, including initial audits, surveillance audits and audits. recertification.
Entity management: Track and manage audit schedules for multiple certified entities, ensuring no audit is missed or delayed.
Resource allocation: Coordinate auditor availability, assign qualified personnel to audit engagements, and balance workload among the team.
Scheduling coordination: Plan audit dates, locations, and durations in consultation with clients, auditors, and stakeholders internal.
Compliance monitoring: ensure that all audits are in compliance with certification scheme requirements, standards (ISO, etc.) and regulatory deadlines.
Calendar management: maintain comprehensive audit calendars and scheduling systems, taking into account auditors' experience, entity requirements and geographic considerations.
Risk assessment: identify scheduling, conflicts and potential risks delays; develop contingency plans.
Stakeholder communication: communicate audit calendars to certified entities, auditors, and internal departments sufficiently in advance.
Documentation and records: maintain accurate audit calendars, records, and audit history in certification management systems.
Performance metrics: track and report audit schedule metrics, completion rates, and adherence to cycle.
Process optimization: continually review and improve programming processes to increase efficiency and reduce administrative burden.
Compliance: ensure alignment with certification body requirements and accreditation standards
Qualifications and Experience
Degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Quality Assurance or field related
3 to 5 years of experience coordinating, planning or managing the quality of certification audits
Solid knowledge of certification processes and audit cycle requirements.
Proficiency in scheduling and project management software.
Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
Solid analytical and problem-solving skills problems.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Attention to detail with high standards of precision.
Knowledge of accreditation standards and requirements.

Audit Date Assignment: Authority to assign and confirm audit dates within the framework of the certification cycle.
Auditor Assignment: Power to assign qualified auditors to specific audit engagements based on experience and availability.
Calendar Modifications: Authority to approve minor calendar adjustments and rescheduling within parameters defined.
Resource allocation: power to allocate auditors, facilities and materials for audit work.
Workload distribution: authority to balance and distribute the audit workload among the team of auditors.
Entity communication: power to communicate audit schedules, requirements and updates to certified entities..
Notifications to auditors: authority to notify auditors of assignments and changes calendar.
Recordkeeping: authority to create, update, and maintain audit calendars and related documentation.
Quality Management (BV Internal Compliance)
Alignment with BV Quality System: Proven understanding of Bureau Quality Management System (QMS) policies and procedures Veritas.
BV Process Compliance: Ability to develop and execute certification planning processes in strict accordance with BV internal methodologies, work instructions, and approval workflows.
BV Documentation Standards: Proficiency in creating, maintaining, and archiving certification planning documentation in accordance with BV document control procedures and retention policies BV.
BV Non-Conformance Procedures: Experience in identifying, documenting and resolving quality issues through BV's internal non-compliance and corrective actions (CAPA) processes.
Participation in Internal Audits: Availability to participate in BV internal quality audits and implement corrective actions as directed.
Compliance with health and safety standards (BV internal policies)
Compliance with BV health and safety policy: Understanding and commitment to Bureau Veritas health and safety policy and all related internal procedures.
BV risk assessment procedures: Ability to identify workplace risks and implement control measures in accordance with BV risk assessment methodologies.
BV risk assessment practices BV safe work procedures: Compliance with BV required safe work procedures for certification planning activities, both in the office and in the field.
BV Incident Reporting Protocol: Competence in reporting, documenting and investigating incidents or near-misses in the workplace using the BV incident management system.
BV Standards for PPE and Equipment: Knowledge of and compliance with BV requirements regarding Personal Protective Equipment and the safe use of equipment provided by BV.
