Responsibilities and Clinical Scope

The selected nurse will be the technical authority at the Mobile Clinic, responsible for:

• Care Provision: Ensure excellence in the delivery of SRH/FP methods.

• Technical Compliance: Ensure that all asepsis, antisepsis and biosafety procedures strictly comply with MISAU standards.

• Stock Management: Rigorous inventory control of contraceptives.

• Supervision and Training: Technical monitoring of Community Health Activists (ACS) and collaboration in training public and private sector providers.

• Reporting: Preparation of high-precision descriptive reports for DKT, DPS, and SDSMAS, ensuring transparency of the results achieved.

Required Profile

We are looking for a professional with clinical maturity, proactivity, and community commitment:

• Qualification: Medium Technical Level in SMI Nursing.

• Experience: Minimum of 2 years in providing modern contraceptive methods (IUD and Implant are mandatory requirements).

• Differentials: Experience in NGOs and focus on SRH projects for adolescents/youth will be highly valued.

• Location: Residence in Tete City (with availability for daily travel to the districts).

• Language: Proficiency or basic knowledge of the Nyungwe language.
