Pathway Consulting is recruiting, for its client, a Cold Chain Maintenance Operator responsible for monitoring temperatures and ensuring the operation of refrigeration equipment and product preservation.

Main Responsibilities

• Ensure proper product conditioning;

• Check refrigeration equipment

• Identify and report faults or temperature deviations:

• Monitor cold room temperatures

• Comply with safety and preservation procedures;

Requirements

• Training in refrigeration, electricity, or related fields

• Minimum 2 years of experience in cold chain, refrigeration, or similar areas

• Ability to monitor and control operations;

• Basic knowledge of operational safety.
