Our Client is a prestigious company operating in the logistics area.

FUNCTION

You will be responsible for defining and executing the company's commercial strategy, aiming for revenue growth, acquiring new customers, and retaining existing ones; act as a link between the market and logistics operations, ensuring that the services offered meet customer needs; develop and implement the commercial plan aligned with the company's objectives; analyze the market and identify new business opportunities (transport, warehousing, distribution, integrated logistics, etc.); define sales targets and strategies by customer segment; lead and motivate the sales and business development team; monitor individual and collective performance through KPIs (revenue, margin, new contracts, customer retention); promote continuous training on products, services, and negotiation techniques; negotiate large contracts and strategic partnerships; maintain close relationships with key corporate clients; act on key account retention and increase the company's share in existing customers; oversee the preparation of commercial proposals and quotations; ensure competitiveness and profitability in logistics tariffs; work with financial and operational areas to define costs and margins; prepare the company's annual budget in commercial terms; monitor commercial performance indicators (sales, margins, pipeline); present periodic reports to the general management on performance and market trends.

Requirements

  • Degree in Management, Marketing or similar area;

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role;

  • Work experience in the postal and logistics sector (mandatory);

  • Knowledge of transportation, warehousing, and distribution;

  • Proficiency in technologies (Word, Excel, and Primavera);

  • Fluent in Portuguese and English, advanced level (mandatory);

  • Strategic planning and business vision;

  • Leadership and team management;

  • Negotiation and communication techniques;

  • Financial and market analysis;

  • Results-driven and customer-oriented;

  • Ability to make decisions under pressure;

  • Residing in the job location will be an advantage.
