What you will do as Commercial Manager

The selected professional will assume leadership of the company's sales operations and strategic account management, performing the following responsibilities:

  • Strategy Development: Develop and execute short and long-term commercial plans and strategies that are fully aligned with the company's growth objectives firm.

  • Market Prospecting: Map the local market, identify new business opportunities and lead the active prospecting of potential corporate clients.

  • Relationship Management: Strengthen and narrow commercial relationships with existing strategic clients, ensuring high levels of retention and satisfaction.

  • Negotiation and Contracts: Lead complex business processes negotiation of prices, terms and conditions, ensuring the closing of advantageous commercial contracts.

  • Performance Analysis: Monitor sales performance indicators (KPIs), ensuring the achievement of financial goals, and prepare periodic reports with market analyzes to support management decision-making.

Requirements to apply for the position

Qualifications Academic and Technical:

  • Higher Education: Degree or Bachelor's degree completed in Business Management, Marketing, Administration, Commercial Relations or related areas.

  • IT: Mastery of computer tools from the user's perspective (Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and use of mail electronic).

Practical Experience and Behavioral Skills:

  • Minimum of 4 years of proven practical experience in the commercial area, preferably in the corporate market (B2B).

  • High leadership skills, negotiation power and excellent interpersonal communication.

  • Strong compliance orientation rigorous set of goals, deadlines and measurable results.

  • Demonstrated ability to strategically analyze the market and make decisions under pressure.

  • Fixed Residence: Have an established residence in the City of Maputo or the City of Matola.
