Main Responsibilities and Lines of Action
The selected professional will be part of the commercial and loyalty management of the group, assuming the following responsibilities:
Account Management and Retention: Proactively manage the daily relationship with the portfolio's partner companies, acting as the focal point strategic strategy to ensure high levels of satisfaction and loyalty (Key Account Management).
Risk and Insurance Consulting: Analyze the specific protection needs of each corporate client, presenting and negotiating health insurance solutions, real lines, life or benefits suited to the company's profile.
Renewal and Negotiation: Lead the annual policy renewal processes and contracts, designing retention strategies and mitigating cancellations (churn).
Claims and Conflict Mediation: Support and mediate communication between corporate clients and partner insurance companies in cases of complex claims, ensuring quick and efficient responses.
Commercial Data Analysis: Monitor and prepare periodic reports on the performance of accounts, loss rates and cross-selling or up-selling opportunities.
Candidate Profile and Required Requirements
Academic Qualifications and Languages:
Education: Completed degree in Insurance, Finance, Management Companies, Economy or related areas.
Languages: Absolute command of the Portuguese language and Fluency in the English language (Essential requirement for negotiating with multinational clients and global partners).
Mandatory Practical Experience:
Minimum of 3 (three) years of experience direct professional experience in the Insurance area (Mediation, brokerage or internal management).
Minimum of 2 (two) years of experience in customer service, corporate account management or commercial relationship positions.
Advantage Factor: Previous professional experience in the Banking sector (Corporate Banking) or in the technical staff of large Insurance Companies in Mozambique will be considered a strong competitive advantage.
Technical and Behavioral Skills:
General computer skills in the tools of the Microsoft Office package.
Excellent corporate communication skills, advanced negotiation and commercial persuasion techniques.
Proactive, dynamic, autonomous profile and highly oriented towards results and achievement of goals.
Excellent organizational skills, rigor ethics and ease of interpersonal relationships to work under deadline pressure.
