Digital Content and E-learning Technician

Transcom is recruiting a Digital Content and E-learning Technician for Maputo.

Main Responsibilities:

• Create and develop digital and interactive content for e-learning.

• Produce and edit educational and institutional videos.

• Develop content for different Transcom business units, including ISUTC Online, Executive Education, and Master's programs.

• Design interactive content using authoring tools, especially Articulate and Storyline.

• Create graphic and visual elements for digital platforms.

• Collaborate with faculty, pedagogical specialists, and technical teams in designing digital content.

• Apply best practices in instructional design and e-learning.

Requirements:

• Degree in Multimedia Design or related fields.

• Proven experience in creating digital content for e-learning.

• Proficiency in Articulate Storyline (mandatory).

• Proficiency in video editing, including the use of AI-based support tools (mandatory).

• Skills in graphic design and visual content production.

• Experience in producing interactive and multimedia content.

• Ability to work in a team and collaborate with pedagogical and technical teams.
