Responsibilities and Scope of the Role

The selected professional will have a critical role in executing clinical targets and community monitoring. Their responsibilities include:

• Service Provision: Ensure the delivery of SRH/FP care with technical rigor at the Mobile Clinic.

• Resource Management: Efficient management of contraceptive stock and strict maintenance of biosafety and asepsis standards according to MISAU norms.

• Monitoring and Supervision: Technical-clinical guidance for Community Health Activists (CHAs).

• Strategic Report: Preparation of results reports (monthly and annual) for DKT, DPS, and SDSMAS.

• Training: Support in training providers and active collaboration in creating awareness strategies.

Ideal Candidate Profile

We are looking for candidates with a solid technical profile, empathetic communication skills, and availability for field challenges:

• Qualification: Medium Technical Level in the health area.

• Experience: Minimum of 02 years in providing modern contraceptive methods (proficient in IUD and Implant).

• Differentials: Previous experience in NGOs or projects focused on adolescents and young people will be valued.

• Language: Proficiency or basic knowledge of the Nyungwe language.

• Residence: Must reside in Tete City, with flexibility for daily travel to intervention districts.
