Field Engineering Intern

SLB is hiring a Field Engineering Intern to support field operations and gain hands-on experience in a demanding technical environment. Role overview

This internship is centered on practical learning in an operational setting. The intern works alongside engineers, technicians, and field specialists, contributing to activity preparation, operational execution, and technical recordkeeping. The role also provides exposure to HSE processes, operational workflows, and engineering fundamentals applied in the field.

Key responsibilities

• Support engineers and technicians during field operations.

• Assist with preparing the equipment, tools, and materials required for each operation.

• Take part in data collection, monitoring, and basic analysis of operational data.

• Ensure activities comply with the company’s internal policies, quality standards, and HSE requirements.

• Provide support with job documentation, report preparation, and post-operation reviews.

• Work closely with multidisciplinary teams, including engineers, technicians, and field specialists.

• Participate in safety meetings, toolbox talks, and operational briefings.

Candidate profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or an equivalent qualification.
