Role overview

As a Field Specialist Intern, you will support the preparation and execution of field services while developing a solid technical foundation in tools, equipment, and operating procedures. The role combines practical training, close support from the team, and exposure to routines that require precision, strong safety awareness, and responsiveness in an operational environment.

Key responsibilities

• Assist with the preparation, testing, and mobilization of service equipment.

• Support field work under the supervision of more experienced professionals.

• Monitor operational parameters and help identify faults or deviations.

• Contribute to troubleshooting technical issues and improving operational efficiency.

• Help maintain equipment reliability and service quality standards.

• Follow HSE rules and procedures, as well as internal quality and operational policies.

• Take part in activity planning, post-service reviews, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Candidate profile

• Diploma or bachelor’s degree in engineering, or equivalent training.

• Recent graduates are welcome to apply.

• Strong practical foundation in electronics or mechanics.

• Ability to follow instructions, work with operational discipline, and comply with company policies, including QHSE standards.
