Goods Dispatch Agent (M/F) – Tete

We are recruiting a Goods Dispatch Agent to join the logistics team in Tete, in a reference company in the pharmaceutical sector. What you will do on a daily basis

• Perform the transport and delivery of pharmaceutical products, updating all delivery documentation, including obtaining manual or electronic signatures (POD) from the warehouse and healthcare units.

• Perform the loading and unloading of trucks, forward information for issuing delivery notes and ensure complete traceability of the cargo.

• Monitor schedules, trips and pre-established routes, sending post-trip reports and ensuring that all carriers are integrated into the delivery system collection.

• Coordinate and inform partners, carriers and the Deputy Operations Manager about all stages of collection, transport and delivery.

• Communicate with the “HF” team whenever necessary, in emergency situations or discrepancies, and ensure the implementation of the company's best practices in safety, code of conduct, anti-corruption and professional ethics.

• Inspect allocated vehicles before loading begins and check whether the driver has the mandatory documentation for transporting medicines and vaccines.

• Check the medicines and vaccines to be transported and supervise the handling of cargo during loading and delivery.

• Use the Intouch Carlo system (transport management) to validate vehicles, enter quantities and volumes by type of product, record times for each stage and resolve problems related to the transport.

• Ensure that drug deliveries are made within the deadlines and in the correct quantities, in close connection with the project to comply with stock procedures.

The profile we are looking for

• Minimum education: Complete secondary education (12th class) or professional qualification equivalent.

• Experience: Minimum of 2 years in logistics or transport.

• Technical skills: Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and internet.

• Personal skills: Excellent communication, ability to work under pressure and react quickly to requests. Innovative, persistent, pleasant and cordial person, with strong attention to detail and good organizational skills. You must be able to multitask and work flexible hours (including weekends), being available for emergency situations.

• Language: Bilingual Portuguese (native or fluent).
