The Graduate Management Trainee (GMT) is a strategic entry programme for those looking to start their career with business perspective, operational exposure, and strong progression potential. Role overview

What the programme offers

• Rotational programme with experience across Sales, Supply Chain , and a third rotation defined according to business needs.

• Hands-on exposure to the organisation’s strategic pillars, including category development, ecosystem digitisation and monetisation, and business optimisation.

• Experience in different operational settings, such as fieldwork, factory, or brewery environments, among others.

• Opportunity to continue with the company after completing the programme, with full-time placement in Sales or Supply Chain teams.

• Completed bachelor’s degree.

• Ability to communicate and work in English.

• Formal professional experience is not required, although internships or prior experience of up to two years of full-time work will be valued.
