The Graduate Management Trainee (GMT) is a strategic entry programme for those looking to start their career with business perspective, operational exposure, and strong progression potential. Role overview

With more than 30 years of history, the GMT programme was designed to develop future leaders who can deliver consistent impact. Throughout the journey, participants follow a hands-on learning model, with rotations aligned to the business’s strategic priorities and close exposure to the operational environment.

What the programme offers

  • Rotational programme with experience across Sales, Supply Chain , and a third rotation defined according to business needs.
