The Graduate Management Trainee (GMT) is a strategic entry programme for those looking to start their career with business perspective, operational exposure, and strong progression potential. Role overview
With more than 30 years of history, the GMT programme was designed to develop future leaders who can deliver consistent impact. Throughout the journey, participants follow a hands-on learning model, with rotations aligned to the business’s strategic priorities and close exposure to the operational environment.

What the programme offers
Rotational programme with experience across Sales, Supply Chain , and a third rotation defined according to business needs.
Hands-on exposure to the organisation’s strategic pillars, including category development, ecosystem digitisation and monetisation, and business optimisation.
Experience in different operational settings, such as fieldwork, factory, or brewery environments, among others.
Opportunity to continue with the company after completing the programme, with full-time placement in Sales or Supply Chain teams.
Ideal profile

Completed bachelor’s degree.
Ability to communicate and work in English.
Interest in a cross-functional career and willingness to learn in demanding environments.

Willingness to relocate and take on challenges in different locations during the first year.
Formal professional experience is not required, although internships or prior experience of up to two years of full-time work will be valued.
