General Requirements Valued by the Organization

Although each technical position requires specific qualifications (from secondary technical level to engineering degrees), Sasol values transversally:

• Strong culture of safety at work and compliance with Zero Harm regulations.

• Proficiency in the English language (oral and written), given the multinational reporting environment.

• Proficiency in computer systems applied to industry (SCADA Systems, SAP PM or process simulation software, depending on the position).

• Ability to work in multidisciplinary teams and under shifts or scales, if applicable to operational positions.
