Your impact on the business
Flow Management: Centralize maintenance requests and coordinate work orders
Active Monitoring: Issue precise work orders to external suppliers and manage the logistics flow
Interface: Document and prepare setback inspection reports to ensure property standards are met during tenant transitions
Financial Rigor: Validate supplier invoices and compile statistical data for performance and cost reports.
Ideal profile
Education: Minimum 12th grade (higher education in Administration or Facilities Management is an advantage).
Experience: 2 to 3 years in Helpdesk or Technical Secretariat roles.
Languages: Fluency in Portuguese and English (oral and written communication).
Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Office (focus on Excel for data analysis).
Attitude: Ability to solve problems under pressure, meticulous organization, and excellent interpersonal skills.
