Instructor Position

Futurist Group is recruiting qualified instructors for online and in-person training programs. This opportunity is aimed at professionals with technical experience and a vocation for teaching, capable of transforming specialized knowledge into clear, useful, and practical content for learners.

Priority areas

• Engineering: AutoCAD, Civil 3D, Revit, and projects

• Earth Sciences and Geosciences: geology, environment, geophysics, and natural resources

• Data Analysis: data science, BI, machine learning, statistics, Excel, and Power BI

Main responsibilities

• Develop and deliver consistent and well-structured training content

• Prepare teaching materials, including presentations, practical exercises, and projects

• Support learners throughout the course, providing guidance and answering questions

• Promote practical learning, with a focus on the real-world application of content and training outcomes

Desired profile

• Technical or higher education in the area you intend to teach

• Proven experience as a trainer/instructor or as a professional in the field

• Good communication skills and proficiency in digital tools that support teaching

• Experience in online training will be considered an advantage

• Be a native of or resident in a Portuguese-speaking African country, such as Mozambique or Angola, or Brazil

Conditions and application
