Internship: Customer Support Agent

Role of supporting customer service and assistance at BETTERCARE, SA, ensuring the follow-up of requests, routing of clinical processes, and support in communication between clients and healthcare providers, contributing to service quality and customer satisfaction.

Main Responsibilities

• Provide support and assistance to clients;

• Handle telephone and in-person service;

• Record and track customer requests;

• Support the analysis and routing of clinical processes;

• Ensure correct communication between clients and healthcare providers;

• Provide basic clarifications to clients about services and procedures;

• Ensure quality and customer-oriented service;

• Support the updating of information in internal systems;

Academic and Professional Requirements

• Recent graduate in General Medicine Technician;

• Knowledge of clinical protocols;

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office;

• Experience in customer service will be an advantage (not mandatory);

• Interest in developing skills in the area of assistance and customer support.
