What the role involves

As an Operational Intern, your daily routine will be dynamic and focused on supporting the company's operations. The main responsibilities include:

  • Direct support for daily operations, ensuring processes run efficiently;

  • Monitoring and coordination of supplies and services, ensuring deadlines and quality;

  • Regular contact with clients, suppliers, and operational teams to align needs and resolve challenges;

  • Document management and monitoring of administrative and logistics processes;

  • Support for the company's various branches whenever necessary, which implies availability for frequent travel within the country.

The profile we are looking for

To succeed in this role, it is essential to meet the following requirements:

  • Degree in relevant areas (Management, Logistics, Administration, Engineering, or similar);

  • Fluency in English (spoken and written) – essential for communication with partners and technical documentation;

  • Valid driver's license and availability to travel regularly;

  • Good communication and organizational skills, with attention to detail;

  • Dynamic, proactive profile with a genuine willingness to learn;

  • Ability to work under pressure and in a team, while maintaining focus on results.
