Administrative & Waste Logistics Officer – Ecolog Mozambique

Ecolog Mozambique is recruiting a qualified and detail-oriented professional to join our team as Administrative & Waste Logistics Officer, based in Maputo. What the role involves

As Administrative & Waste Logistics Officer, you will be responsible for ensuring that all administrative and logistics processes related to waste management are executed accurately and within established deadlines. Your main responsibilities include:

  • Coordinate the logistics of waste collection, transportation and final disposal, ensuring compliance with environmental and safety standards.

  • Manage associated documentation, such as licenses, waste manifests and compliance reports.

  • Support the administrative team in inventory control, invoice processing and operational data reconciliation.

  • Act as a point of contact between logistics operators, clients and regulatory authorities.

  • Monitor performance indicators (KPIs) and prepare periodic reports for management.

It is essential to have organizational skills, clear communication, and a focus on results.
