What the role involves

As a Commercial Manager, you will be responsible for managing a strategic client portfolio, from prospecting to post-sales. Your main activities include:

  • Client acquisition and expansion: identify new advertisers and strengthen relationships with existing ones, proposing integrated media solutions.

  • Development of customized commercial proposals: create packages aligned with clients' marketing objectives, combining TV, radio, press, and digital.

  • Market analysis: monitor industry trends and competitor activities to identify business opportunities.

  • Post-sales follow-up: ensure correct campaign execution and present performance reports and clipping to clients.

  • Institutional networking: represent Grupo SOICO at corporate events, trade fairs, and business forums.

The ideal profile

We are looking for a professional with a bachelor's degree in Social Communication, Marketing, Marketing Management, Public Relations, Business Management, Journalism, or related fields. It is essential to have proven experience in B2B sales, preferably in the services, advertising, or media sectors.

From a technical standpoint, we require proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel, excellent Portuguese (oral and written), and good knowledge of English. We also value behavioral skills such as negotiation skills, strategic thinking, resilience, results orientation, and high professionalism.
