Commercial and Sales Internship – PRÁTIQ CONSULTORIA | Maputo

PRÁTIQ CONSULTORIA, a reference in Human Resources solutions in Mozambique, has an opening for an Intern in the Commercial and Sales Area, based in Maputo. JOB – INTERN – COMMERCIAL AND SALES AREA – (M/F)

What you will do on a daily basis

  • Prospecting and acquisition: Support the identification and approach of new corporate clients for PRÁTIQ's services, from first contact to proposal presentation.

  • Commercial proposals: Participate in the preparation and customization of proposals aligned with each lead's needs, under the supervision of the senior team.

  • Client contact: Carry out commercial actions by phone, email, and visits, maintaining a close and professional relationship with leads and active clients.

  • CRM management: Update and organize the commercial pipeline in the CRM system (HubSpot, Zoho, or Salesforce), ensuring each opportunity is rigorously tracked.

  • Closing support: Monitor negotiations, prepare documentation, and support contract closing, learning the stages of a B2B sale in practice.

  • Events and fairs: Represent the company at events, fairs, and promotional activities, expanding the network of contacts and brand visibility.

  • Market intelligence: Support market research, competitor analysis, and identification of new business opportunities.

  • Marketing materials: Collaborate on creating portfolios, presentations, and brochures that strengthen commercial communication.

  • KPIs and goals: Monitor sales indicators and actively contribute to achieving team goals.

  • After-sales: Assist in post-sales follow-up and customer retention, ensuring a positive and lasting experience.

The profile we are looking for

  • Nationality: Mozambican.

  • Age: Between 22 and 28 years old.

  • Education: Technical or higher education in Management, Commercial Management, Marketing, Business Administration, or related fields.

  • Experience: Maximum 1 year in commercial roles, sales, or commercial support (preferred but not required).

  • Valued knowledge: Knowledge of HR services sales (recruitment, psychometric assessment, training, outsourcing); intermediate English; familiarity with CRM (HubSpot, Zoho, Salesforce); proficiency in MS Office.

  • Personal skills: Results orientation, proactivity, negotiation skills, good presentation and commercial demeanor, ease of interpersonal relationships.
