What the role involves
As HR and Compliance Manager, you will be responsible for managing the entire employee lifecycle, from recruitment and workforce planning to labor relations management. Your daily routine will also include drafting, reviewing, and negotiating commercial contracts, as well as communicating with government authorities and regulatory bodies. You will be the cornerstone in building and maintaining internal compliance systems, ensuring the company operates within the law and with excellence.
