What the role involves

As an HR Technician at CBE, you will be the focal point to ensure that all administrative and people development processes flow with excellence. Your responsibilities include:

  • HR administrative management: Support the implementation of internal processes and procedures, ensuring compliance and efficiency.

  • Maintenance of master data: Update and organize employee information, ensuring integrity and confidentiality.

  • Payroll processing: Calculate salaries, pensions, and comply with legal obligations with IPA, Finance, and Insurance, with rigor and punctuality.

  • Attendance control: Monitor and analyze attendance and absenteeism data, proposing improvements when necessary.

  • Employee service: Provide direct support on HR administrative matters, with empathy and professionalism.

  • Recruitment support: Participate in internal and external selection processes, from screening to onboarding.

  • Reporting and indicators: Monitor KPIs of the area and generate reports that support decision-making.

  • Internal compliance: Identify irregularities in the people management system and propose corrections, in addition to ensuring compliance with internal regulations.

  • Languages: Fluent Portuguese and intermediate English (ability to handle documentation and basic communication).

  • Valued skills: Attention to detail, organization, analytical skills, discretion, and good interpersonal communication.
