Talentia SA is recruiting a Lawyer for Maputo.
Role
Responsible for providing legal services, monitoring court proceedings, and offering legal support to the firm's clients, ensuring proper legal representation and defense of clients' interests in accordance with current legislation.
Main Responsibilities
Monitor and conduct judicial and extrajudicial proceedings;
Represent clients in litigation;
Draft procedural documents, legal opinions, and contracts;
Provide legal consulting and assistance to clients;
Follow up on procedural steps and hearings;
Ensure compliance with procedural deadlines;
Provide internal legal support whenever necessary;
Maintain a professional and ethical relationship with clients and external entities.
Academic and Professional Requirements
Law degree;
Valid and active professional lawyer license;
Minimum 1 year of experience in litigation;
Under 35 years of age;
Availability to work full-time;
Good oral and written communication skills;
Computer skills in user perspective (MS Office).
Technical and Behavioral Skills
Legal analysis and interpretation skills;
Good argumentation and negotiation skills;
Sense of responsibility and professional ethics;
Organization and ability to manage processes;
