Servtec is recruiting, on behalf of its client, a Quality Assurance and Quality Control Specialist. This role is suited to professionals with solid experience in quality systems, auditing, and compliance control, capable of ensuring consistent standards of execution in large-scale projects. We are looking for someone with practical insight, technical rigor, and the ability to support teams in preventing failures, improving processes, and complying with applicable standards.

Role overview

The Quality Assurance and Quality Control Specialist will be responsible for implementing, monitoring, and strengthening the Quality Management System, ensuring that processes, internal procedures, and contractual requirements are consistently met. This person will play a central role in quality monitoring throughout the project lifecycle, contributing to the reduction of non-conformities, improvement of operational performance, and strengthening of process reliability.

Main responsibilities

  • Implement and monitor the Quality Management System.

  • Ensure compliance with standards, internal procedures, and contractual requirements.

  • Conduct inspections and internal process audits.

  • Identify non-conformities and follow up on the implementation of corrective and preventive actions.

  • Prepare quality reports and monitor performance indicators.

  • Support project teams on matters related to quality, control, and continuous improvement.

  • Ensure compliance with applicable international standards.

  • Contribute to a quality culture focused on prevention, consistency, and effective execution.

Desired profile

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Industrial Management, or a related field.

  • Minimum of 3 to 5 years of experience in Quality Assurance and Quality Control.

  • Experience in large-scale projects.

  • Knowledge of quality management standards, namely ISO 9001.

  • Experience with internal audits, inspections, and document control.

  • Analytical skills, attention to detail, and focus on meeting requirements.

  • Good communication skills and ability to work well in a team.

  • Fluency in Portuguese and English.
