What the role involves

How Internal Audit Manager, will be responsible for conducting independent and objective assessments of the organization's processes, operations and systems. Your work will be essential to strengthen internal control mechanisms, risk management and corporate governance practices.

• Develop and implement audit plans and programs aligned with the identified risks and the organization's strategic objectives;

• Perform audit procedures and detailed analyzes to obtain evidence that supports actionable conclusions and recommendations;

• Ensure rigorous documentation of existing processes, risks and controls in different areas business;

• Identify opportunities for improvement and issue recommendations that promote greater efficiency, effectiveness and operational compliance;

• Prepare clear and objective audit reports, containing observations, conclusions and recommended action plans;

• Monitor the implementation of corrective measures agreed with the audited areas, ensuring the effective resolution of findings;

• Verify compliance with internal policies, standards, regulations and other legal requirements applicable to the financial sector;

• Evaluate the adequacy of controls related to information systems, technological processes and ICT risk management;

• Contribute to the safeguarding of the organization's assets and resources through the identification and proactive mitigation of risks.

Which profile makes sense for this vacancy

We are looking for a professional with solid training and proven experience in internal auditing, preferably in the banking or financial sector. The ability for critical analysis, attention to detail and clear communication are essential.

Academic training

• Degree in Auditing, Accounting, Finance, Economics, Management, Information Systems or related areas.

Professional experience

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in Auditing Internal;

• Experience in a banking environment or in the financial sector is mandatory.

Technical knowledge

• Risk management, internal control and corporate governance;

• Information Systems Audit, technological risks and ICT controls;

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Globus-T24, SAP and Workflow;

• Fluency in the English language (spoken and written).

Certifications (differentiators)

• CIA, ACCA, CISA or equivalent will be a competitive advantage.

Additional preferences

• Knowledge of ERP systems, banking platforms or data analysis tools.
