What the truck operator can expect at Shissel Group

  • Operate mining transport trucks with full safety and efficiency, following load plans and defined routes.

  • Perform complete daily inspections of equipment before each shift, ensuring optimal operating conditions.

  • Transport materials (ore, waste, supplies) in compliance with standard mine operating procedures.

  • Report mechanical failures, anomalies, and incidents immediately and clearly to supervision.

  • Strictly comply with mining safety standards, always using PPE and actively participating in safety practices.

  • Support general mine operational activities, collaborating with the team to maximize productivity.

The profile we are looking for

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience proven in mining operations, driving large trucks.

  • Driver's license compatible with heavy vehicles (category C or higher, according to Mozambican legislation).

  • Solid knowledge of mining safety standards and best practices for risk prevention.

  • Proficiency in English (technical and basic communication) to handle documentation and instructions.

  • Ability to work in a team, responsibility and operational discipline.
