What the role involves

As Legal Officer, you will be responsible for ensuring the legal security of the company's daily operations. Key activities include:

• Contract review, identification of legal risks, and support for business compliance;

• Management and monitoring of litigation, arbitrations, and enforcement proceedings, in coordination with courts, banks, and regulatory entities;

• Assessment of legal risks in current and potential disputes, providing clear and practical advice to management;

• Preparation, organization, and submission of legal documents, evidence, and compliance materials;

• Support for legal compliance related to financial flows, banking operations, foreign exchange, and related regulatory matters;

• Close work with finance, operations, and commercial teams on legal matters involving clients and suppliers;

• Monitoring changes in local legislation and assessing their impact on the business;

• Coordination with external lawyers, courts, banks, and government authorities whenever necessary.

What profile makes sense

We are looking for a professional with:

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Law; legal qualification is preferred;

• Experience as an in-house lawyer or in a law firm, with practical experience in litigation or dispute resolution;

• Solid knowledge of contract law, corporate law, and civil/commercial proceedings; experience in enforcement and banking matters is a strong advantage;

• Strong legal analysis skills and ability to provide practical, business-oriented advice;

• Excellent document management and evidence handling;

• Autonomy to work independently while maintaining effective cross-departmental communication;

• English as a working language for legal and business communication;

• High sense of responsibility and adaptability to a dynamic operational environment.
