What StartME 2026 is

Eligible fields and responsibilities

The program is open to candidates with higher education qualifications in areas such as:

• Engineering, including Civil, Mechanical, Electrical, Mining, Geological, Industrial and Management, Environmental, Systems, Data Science, or similar fields

• Architecture

• Logistics and Supply Chain

• HSQE, Safety, Health, and Quality

• Psychology, Human Resources, or similar fields

• Economics, Management, Accounting, or related areas

On a day-to-day basis, the experience is expected to involve participation in concrete projects, collaboration with technical and operational teams, learning internal processes, and gradually taking on activities with direct business impact.
