## About the Opportunity The **Cereals Institute of Mozambique, IP (ICM, IP)**, an entity under the Ministry of Economy, opens a public tender for the provision of **four (4) positions of Director of Central Services**, under Decree No. 41/2018 of July 23, and Resolution No. 19/2021 of May 21. This is a unique opportunity for senior leaders in the Public Service with a proven track record of excellence to take on strategic management roles in an institution central to **Mozambique's food and nutritional security**. --- ## Available Positions ### 1. Director of Central Services for Operations and Logistics **Key Responsibilities:** Oversee all logistics, transport, and infrastructure operations of ICM, IP; manage the control and registration system for silos and warehouses; ensure the storage, conservation, and commercialization of cereals with a focus on food and nutritional security; ensure periodic inventory and assessment of real estate assets. **Specific Requirements:** - Bachelor's degree in Agricultural Engineering, Rural Engineering, or related fields - Minimum of 10 years of experience in food security, logistics operations, transport, and infrastructure - Knowledge of the control and registration system for silos and warehouses - Mastery of mechanisms for purchasing, storing, conserving, and selling cereals --- ### 2. Director of Central Services for Studies, Projects, and Institutional Development**Key Responsibilities:** Lead institutional strategic studies and projects; manage public-private partnership contracts; coordinate institutional and digital communication, including website and computer network management; promote institutional development actions. **Specific Requirements:** - Bachelor's degree in Economics, International Relations, Agronomy, Rural Engineering, or related fields - Minimum of 10 years of experience in institutional projects and studies - Proven experience in conducting or participating in technical studies - Knowledge of silo and warehouse control systems is valued --- ### 3. Director of Central Administration and Human Resources Services **Key Responsibilities:** Direct the administrative and human resources management of the institution; ensure compliance with Civil Service legislation; oversee accounting systems and HR management platforms; ensure compliance with e-SISTAFE. **Specific Requirements:** - Bachelor's degree in Public Administration, Law, Accounting and Auditing, Economics, or Management - Minimum of 10 years of experience in administrative and human resources areas - Mastery of current legal framework in the Civil Service - Professional license from OCAM is an advantage --- ### 4.
