Our client, a leading company in the fast-moving consumer goods sector, is looking to strengthen its team in Manhiça with a professional focused on sales, product visibility, and operational control at the point of sale. The role requires field presence, clear communication, and the ability to ensure products are well presented, available, and rotated appropriately, directly contributing to the achievement of commercial targets.
Role overview
This professional will be responsible for promoting the employer’s products, supporting their correct commercial presentation, and ensuring the proper use and preservation of the work materials and equipment entrusted to them. The role also includes recording completed sales, organizing products on display and in storage, and monitoring stock, with a focus on availability, orderliness, and rotation control.
In addition to the main duties, other tasks functionally related to the role may be assigned, provided they are compatible with the employee’s qualifications and do not result in professional downgrading, in accordance with applicable law.
Key responsibilities
Promote, present, and drive sales of products to customers.
Record completed sales accurately and in an organized manner.
Arrange and restock products in display areas and in the stockroom.
Monitor stock levels and track product rotation.
Ensure the proper use and preservation of work materials and equipment.
Carry out complementary tasks required to achieve the role’s objectives.
Candidate profile
Completed secondary education, equivalent to Grade 12.
At least 1 year of experience in similar roles.
Professional appearance and conduct.
Clear, accurate, and persuasive communication skills.
Intermediate to advanced computer literacy.
Immediate and full availability.
A profile with commercial initiative, strong interpersonal skills, and a proactive approach to supporting point-of-sale needs will be highly valued.
