What the role involves

As an Operational Intern, you will support day-to-day operations, from coordinating supplies and services to liaising with clients and suppliers. You will follow up on document processes, support regional delegations and help ensure everything runs efficiently.

• Daily operational support: monitoring of logistics and administrative activities.

• Coordination of supplies: ensuring materials and services arrive on time.

• Communication with stakeholders: clients, suppliers and internal teams.

• Document management: filing, control and follow-up of processes.

• Support to delegations: frequent travel within the country to support local operations.

The ideal profile

We are looking for someone with a higher education degree (Bachelor's in Management, Logistics, Administration, Economics or related fields), who speaks fluent English and has a valid driver's license. It is essential to be available to travel within Mozambique, have a dynamic spirit and a willingness to learn. We value organization, good communication, and the ability to work under pressure in a team.

• Education: Degree in areas such as Management, Logistics, Administration, or Economics.

• Languages: Fluent English (written and spoken) — essential for communication with international partners.

• Mobility: Valid driver's license and availability for frequent travel.

• Personal skills: Dynamic, proactive, organized profile with ease of communication.
