What the role involves
As an Operational Intern, you will support day-to-day operations, from coordinating supplies and services to liaising with clients and suppliers. You will follow up on document processes, support regional delegations and help ensure everything runs efficiently.
Daily operational support: monitoring of logistics and administrative activities.
Coordination of supplies: ensuring materials and services arrive on time.
Communication with stakeholders: clients, suppliers and internal teams.
Document management: filing, control and follow-up of processes.
Support to delegations: frequent travel within the country to support local operations.
The ideal profile
We are looking for someone with a higher education degree (Bachelor's in Management, Logistics, Administration, Economics or related fields), who speaks fluent English and has a valid driver's license. It is essential to be available to travel within Mozambique, have a dynamic spirit and a willingness to learn. We value organization, good communication, and the ability to work under pressure in a team.
Education: Degree in areas such as Management, Logistics, Administration, or Economics.
Languages: Fluent English (written and spoken) — essential for communication with international partners.
Mobility: Valid driver's license and availability for frequent travel.
Personal skills: Dynamic, proactive, organized profile with ease of communication.
Resilience: Ability to work under pressure and in a team, with a focus on results.
