Main Job Duties and Responsibilities

The Petroleum Engineer will support strategic business decision-making by providing appropriate solutions to subsurface challenges related to reservoir management, assuming the following responsibilities:

• Monitoring and Surveillance of Reservoirs: Monitor well production, identify deviations from expected behavior, determine root causes and recommend corrective actions. Plan and analyze surveillance activities, including gradient surveys, PLTs, flow build-up tests, isochronal tests, and cased-hole logging programs.

• Modeling and Simulation: Develop, support and update well models using techniques such as trend analysis, material-balance calculations (material-balance), nodal analysis and pressure/rate transient analysis. Evaluate performance using industry software such as IPM, CMG, Kappa and Prosper.

• Fluid Analysis (PVT): Participate in PVT fluid sampling, conduct analysis and perform fluid modeling.

• Multidisciplinary Optimization and Collaboration: Work closely with subsurface experts, operations teams and asset management to Integrate petroleum engineering data into the design of stimulations, well routing, completion improvements and artificial lift.

• Database Management: Develop and maintain project databases that store historical and current reservoir management information.

• Security and Compliance: Maintain a strong Focus on Safety, Health and Environmental (SHE) standards in all business activities and ensure compliance with ROAS role standards. Reservoirs.

• Professional Experience: Minimum of 3 years of relevant and proven experience in the Oil and Gas industry, with an emphasis on reservoir engineering and production operations.
