Role Objective and Main Duties
The selected professionals will act as advisors and strategic facilitators in the community entrepreneurship ecosystem. Its main responsibilities include:
Structuring Cooperatives: Provide comprehensive support to local groups and associations from the initial phase of creation to complete legal formalization.
Technical Training: Provide training and practical training in business management, financial literacy and transparent governance models.
Financial Inclusion and Legalization: Actively guide and support groups in accessing essential documents, such as institutional NUIT, opening bank accounts and obtaining economic activity licenses.
Market Access: Support in management and access to new economic opportunities, in addition to organizing local business competitions to encourage entrepreneurship.
Talent Development: Identify young people with potential in communities for referral to vocational training programs.
Social Alignment: Transversely promote the principles of social inclusion, gender equality and non-discrimination in all project activities.
Desired Profile and Minimum Requirements
Plan International is looking for community leaders and development technicians who meet the following requirements:
Educational Qualifications: Completed 12th grade of General Secondary Education (mandatory requirement).
Practical Experience: Professional experience relevant to the role, with proven history of working with adults and facilitating cooperatives or savings and credit associations.
Social Skills: Solid basic knowledge of equality dynamics gender, inclusion and social safeguards.
Soft Skills: Excellent communication and active listening skills, availability of travel, proactivity and ease of teamwork.

Places of Operation and Instructions for Submitting an Application
Available Districts: Ribáuè, Mogovolas, Ilha de Moçambique and Meconta.

Delivery Location: Physical documents must be deposited directly at the District Government headquarters corresponding to the one for which the candidate intends to run.
