Main Job Responsibilities

Security Guards will have the mission of maintaining order and integrity of the perimeter, with the following daily tasks being their responsibility:

• Flow Control: Strictly monitor and record the access of people (employees and visitors), vehicles and goods to facilities.

• Patrolling and Rounds: Carry out continuous surveillance rounds and carefully monitor the areas under your responsibility to prevent intrusions.

• Incident Management: Record in a time book and promptly report to leadership any occurrence or security anomaly detected.

• Compliance with Protocols: Follow strictly adhere to the operational procedures and internal security standards established by the company.

Candidate Profile and Admission Requirements

• Literary Qualifications: Basic Education or High School duly completed.

• Mandatory Documentation: Clean criminal record (no prior record

• Experience: Previous work experience in the private or corporate security sector will be considered a strong advantage.

• Time Availability: Total flexibility to work on a shift schedule, which includes daytime, nighttime, weekend and holiday coverage.
