Day to Day Operations and Scope of Action
The Senior Sales Specialist will play a dynamic and high-impact role in the expansion of the company's business channels, assuming the following responsibilities:
Pipeline Development: Identify new market opportunities, qualify leads and actively generate your own pipeline within the customer base assigned.
Solution-Based Consultative Selling: Articulate the deliveries and strategic value that the customer needs, focusing on solving business problems rather than the isolated sale of catalog products.
Solution Design with Pre-Sales: Collaborate closely with client managers (Client Managers) and pre-sales architects to design customized technological architectures (in Cloud, Security, Connectivity and Data Centers).
Workshops and Executive Presentations: Prepare and conduct high-impact presentations and technical workshops, building trusting relationships with multiple stakeholders and decision-makers at senior leadership level.
Market Analysis and Partnerships: Monitor company strategies competition, market trends and prices, capitalizing on relationships with partners and technology manufacturers to accelerate deal closing.
Knowledge Management: Contribute to NTT DATA's internal knowledge base, sharing best practices, commercial methodologies and sectoral insights with local and global teams.
Candidate Profile and Requirements Admission
Academic Qualifications: Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Information Technologies/Systems, Sales or related field.
Professional Experience Required:
Solid advanced experience in consultative sales in environments of technology or digital services.
Proven experience in IT Managed Services ecosystems.
Demonstrable track record of exceeding commercial goals and financial objectives through structured methodologies.
Robust experience in selling integrated and complex technological solutions to C-Level clients (CEOs, CIOs, CTOs).
Valued Certifications: Certifications in recognized commercial methodologies such as SPIN Selling and/or Solution Selling will be a preferred differentiator, as well as technical certifications from technological manufacturers.
Critical Skills: High negotiation skills, strong business vision (business acumen), precision in controlling sales forecasts (sales forecast), flexibility to meet urgent deadlines and strong aptitude for team sales dynamics (team selling).
