Main Responsibilities and Lines of Action

The Store Assistant Intern will undergo a rotation plan and practical training, assuming the following functions:

• Technical Customer Service: Provide direct assistance to customers and producers at the counter, identifying their needs and recommending suitable agricultural products.

• Invoicing and Cash Routines: Operate the store's invoicing systems, issuing invoices, receipts, processing payments and ensuring compliance with basic fiscal and administrative rules.

• Stock and Showcase Management: Support in the reception, checking, labeling and organization of products on the store shelves, maintaining the environment attractive and clean commercial space.

• Administrative Support: Assist with daily sales recording, basic inventory control and preparation of reports to support management through IT tools.

Candidate Profile and Required Requirements

Academic Qualifications:

• Higher Education: Completed degree in Agriculture, Agriculture, Agroeconomics, Agronomy, Livestock or related academic areas (required).

Experience and Technical Skills:

• Proven practical experience in sales, customer service or commercial functions (lasting up to 6 months; previous internships will be valued).

• Knowledge and theoretical or practical mastery of invoicing principles and cashier operation.

• Computing proficiency from the user's perspective in the essential packages of Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint and Excel).

• Languages: Fluency in Portuguese (speaking and written). Mastery or fluency in the English language will be considered a significant competitive advantage.

Personal Attributes:

• Excellent interpersonal communication skills, dynamism and focus on resolving customer problems.

• High sense of responsibility, attention to detail, honesty and ability to work in a team.
