Available Vacancies and Areas of Activity

The consortium is accepting applications for the following control and structural integrity positions:

• Report Administrator – Quality Record Controller: Responsible for sorting, archiving, organizing and traceability of all technical reports and quality records (QA/QC) generated on site, feeding the final databases for delivery to the customer.

• Coating Inspector: Supervision and inspection of blasting, painting and application of anti-corrosive coatings on metal structures and pipes, ensuring compliance with international standards (such as NACE/FROSIO).

• Structural Inspector: Audit and inspection of the assembly, alignment and fixation of large metallic structures and associated foundations.

• Piping Inspector: Inspection of industrial piping systems, monitoring of pressure tests (hydrostatic and pneumatic) and verification of alignment and support supports lines.

• Welding Inspector: Inspection of welded joints, qualification of welding procedures (WPS/PQR) and welders, ensuring compliance with international codes (such as AWS, ASME, API).

• NDT Inspector (Non-Destructive Testing Inspector): Execution and interpretation of non-destructive tests (such as Ultrasound, Radiography, Magnetic Particles and Penetrating Liquids) for detecting discontinuities in materials.

• Electrical Inspector: Inspection and commissioning of electrical power systems, substations, cable trays, earthing systems and equipment in classified areas (ATEX).

• Instrumental Inspector: Validation and calibration of process control instruments, automation loops, control valves and emergency stop systems (ESD).

Candidate Profile and General Requirements

Technical Qualifications and Certifications:

• Higher or Professional Technical Training in Engineering Mechanics, Metallurgy, Electrotechnics, Automation or directly related areas.

• Valid certifications specific to the intended function (e.g. AWS/CSWIP for welding, ASNT/PCN for NDT, NACE/FROSIO for painting).

• Proven experience in large-scale industrial projects, preferably in the Oil & Gas sectors, refineries or complexes petrochemicals.

• Ability to read and interpret complex technical drawings (Isometrics, P&IDs, Structural Plans, Electrical Diagrams).

Linguistic and Personal Skills:

• Command of general IT and technical data management systems.

• Language Fluency English (spoken and written), given the multinational environment of the consortium and the technical documentation is issued in this language.

• Extreme analytical rigor, attention to detail and total alignment with industrial safety standards (HSSE).
